Refund & Return Policy – HENRI Sandoz 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label (where applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Shipping Costs for Returns 

For all return requests, our Customer Service team will organize the return shipment on your behalf. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your item. 
You are not required to arrange or pay for the return shipping yourself – this will be fully managed by us. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. 

As above, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

· Refunds will cover the purchase price and the cost of standard delivery(additional charges for express or non-standard delivery will not be refunded). 

· Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may, however, withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, whichever comes first. 

· Refunds will be made using the same payment methodyou used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. 

Return and Refund Process 

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@sandozofswitzerland.comwith your order number and reason for return. 
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. 

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your payment provider to post the transaction. 

Warranty Rights for Defective Goods 

Our products are covered by a minimum two-year warranty period for defects, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. 

· EU Customers:You benefit from the mandatory two-year legal guarantee under EU law. 

· Swiss Customers:Your statutory rights under Articles 197 ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply.
